Is that house at the beginning still worth 19k. I suppose it don’t matter if the price has gone down since you been making rental income off it for a while. And then the one next door for 17k. Wow you sold that house for 55 thousand, must have been back in good times after only spending 3k.

True, but in the meantime while the laws still favor the business owner over the employee, lets take advantage of this opportunity the recession/depression has landed in our laps, create new income streams, reinvest and stack up, and turn that money into Euros or Brazilian reals if you want it to hold any value…There’s a shit storm headed for the dollar and thats the result of driving out successful people/companies (among other things)

It was no need to state things about American’s most wanted or state “this is Detroit so you never know” . Detroit is not about violence & he needs to help preach that. I also flip houses there & my property looks a lot better & also the surrounding homes because I care!
